Let us help you rehome your pet responsibly!
- We understand that sometimes due to illness or unforeseen life circumstances, you may need to rehome your dog.
- We want to help you make that transition responsibly by assisting you with vet care or networking your dog/cat on our social media platforms to find a safe and good home for your pet.
- We will screen potential adopters and share with you the information and guide you in deciding on any potential adopter!
- We can also assist in any medical care or help needed in order to help you keep your pet if that is an option!

STEP 1: APPLY TO REHOME YOUR DOG

STEP TWO: SUBMIT PROOF OF VETTING, SIX PHOTOS, BIO
- Proof dog is altered, current on Rabies, DHPP and heartworm tested
- Six photos for networking
- Informative Bio

STEP THREE: SCREENING APPLICANTS!
- We will contact you when your dog receives an application! Our team will screen the potential adopters and review the application with you to ensure the applicant will be a responsible pet owner!

STEP FOUR: REHOMING YOUR DOG
- Time for a home check and meet and greet! We will provide an adoption contract and you will collect an adoption fee. You can keep the fee or choose to donate the fee to Mini Mutts!
