Macie came from a small town near Paris,Texas. She also came with the distemper virus. Macie was only three months old and because her crappy owners never vaccinated her she had to fight painfully for her life.
She had round the clock care for months costing $3,000. She almost lost her eye sight from the green discharge that drained constantly from her eyes drying them out. She was as determined to live as we were for her! For months she wobbled and walked sideways… months of therapy, months of isolation, months of love, months of determination!!
Macie came through it without any side effects and was adopted and is now living a great life!!
