This poor 8lb boy was living as an outside dog on a chain in a rural town!!
He finally got loose and ended up at the shelter.
The crappy owners never came for him… which is a good thing!!!
He was flea infested and a matted mess, heartworm positive but he has had a spa day, and is feeling like a new dog!! He even got a dental and is ready for a new life!!
Wesley is about 8 yrs old and weighs about 8 lbs!
He is a super friendly guy that has never met a stranger!! He is sweet and affectionate and appreciative of any kindness shown to him!! Expert snuggler!
